This does NOT mean I will not be discriminating about the homes my puppies are going to! I will NOT accept payment of any form until you are an APPROVED home for one of my puppies. After giving this site a good read through you need to call me so that we can determine if the puppy you've chosen is the "right" puppy for you in your home. I still require that you overnight OR fax a signed copy of our contract and our puppy commitment contract before I will accept payment on a puppy. I will not ship any puppy until that origional signed contract is in MY HANDS. When paying through PayPal please add 2.9 % of your total cost. Puppies sold through Paypal will ship COD UNLESS otherwise stated. Some airports require payment before shipment. If you want one of our babies you need to start by filling out our Puppy Questionnaire!

If you have found a puppy and you are interested please READ the following guidelines and follow them.
1. My puppies are in high demand. If the puppy is over five weeks old PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE IMMEDIATELY. Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS!
2. I do NOT "hold" puppies for anyone. Until payment is in hand I do NOT consider a puppy sold and it is available for placement with ANY QUALIFYING FAMILY. More than one family has "lost" their chosen puppy by being slow to pay. I do everything I can but will not loose a good home for a puppy waiting on payment. This has become a major problem and there's an old saying "money talks...bull walks". I provide top quality spoiled rotten little Angels & take great pride in what I do and it shows. In order to maintain this level of quality in both service and in the puppies I place I cannot "dillydally". I do understand that this is a major decision for you. A big investment. Being scammed is a legitimate concern.
Fill out a Prospective Puppy Owner Questionnaire and email it to me FIRST. Call me... I'm not a biter! Fill out your puppy contract and your puppy commitment contract and mail it to me. I MUST have a signed copy in order to ship your puppy!
How you know you aren't being "scammed":
A. I have been doing this for 24 years with EXCELLENT references, both vet and prior client, that are available by request. .
B. I work directly from my home with a permanant easily verifiable resident address. NO P.O. box.
C. I do NOT ask for Western Union or for a Bank Transfer. I use U.S. Postal Money Orders ONLY. These are SAFE for both parties, cheap, and easily trackable.
D. I accept OVERNIGHT payment ONLY. This way you have absolute PROOF that I personally accepted the package. I ask that you mail U.S. Post Office overnight. My mail lady will NOT hand any package to anyone but ME or my husband.
E. The puppy you see is the puppy you GET. All of my photos are SELF taken and all have my Exquisite Angels trademark.
F. You are more than welcome to fly OR drive into Memphis and visit my home to pick up your puppy!!
3. To absolutely insure that a puppy is yours OVERNIGHT PAYMENT. Make a copy of said payment, scan, and send to me along with the TRACKING NUMBER. Only then will I mark the puppy as "pending" but if payment is not here in 24 hours as promised it is still AVAILABLE. By overnighting payment you ensure your own safety. It comes directly to my residence (NOT A P.O. Box!!!) and I MUST SIGN FOR IT.
4. I am always willing and happy to provide pictures and to answer all questions. I am available by phone or by email.
5. Due to the large volume of "Window Shoppers" I will not enter into any long correspondance about any puppy. I have had people to call my home, talk for hours, and email for weeks about one puppy with absolutely no intent to purchase. While I am here to help this REALLY takes time away from actual clients.
6. PLEASE SEND A DETAILED LETTER WITH ANY INQUIRY ABOUT A PUPPY. In order to choose the BEST home for my babies I need to know about your lifestyle, type of yard, available time for puppy, ect. If you have already contacted me without this information please send it now.
7. I am not a photo shop. While I do not mind sending a few extra photos I take great pride in the photos that are available and do not have time to take pictures every day. If you are waiting on a puppy I will send them as I can but please do not demand photo after photo. I just don't have the time!
8. As soon as payment is in my hands I will IMMEDIATELY BOOK YOUR FLIGHT AND GIVE YOU YOUR AIRWAY BILLING NUMBER. YOUR PUPPY WILL GO TO THE VET AND I WILL SEND YOU A COPY OF THAT HEALTH CERTIFICATE.

Shipping

If Shipping wasn't safe I wouldn't offer it!!
I get a lot of questions about the safety of shipping. I use Northwest almost exclusively. They know my face & take great care with my puppies. I have safely shipped teacups & toy puppies for over 24 years! In all this time I've had two short delays. I use brand new top quality crates that are clearly labeled, have padded flooring with material to keep puppy safe from it's own wastes, durable food and water dishes, and puppies are NOT shipped until they are absolutely ready. Your puppies shot record and health certificate along with a folder come attached to the crate. The crate is yours and should last for the life of your small puppy.

I get a lot of people in a "hurry". Shipping takes time to arrange. I am over 1.5 hours from both the Airport and from my vet. A considerable amount of driving goes into getting a puppy ready. I also have to drive over 45 minutes to pick up the crate. Once payment is in hand I can usually have your puppy to you, if it's ready to ship, within 72 hours.

Again, anyone is welcome to come and pick their puppy up. I no longer drive anywhere to meet anyone. You must come to my home. I am 30 miles north of Memphis, TN.

Holding puppies!

I do NOT mind holding ANY puppy once it's PAID IN FULL. I cannot, however, do this for no charge! It is a FIRM $50.00 a week to hold any puppy. I will not hold a puppy for over three weeks once it's ready to go! No exceptions! No puppy will be shipped until this fee is paid in full. Puppies require an intense amount of personal care including grooming, high quality feed, continuing vaccinations & vet care, constant paper changes..it's a LOT of work.

 

*** I get quite a few calls from people who want a puppy but they are going out of town for some reason and cannot accept the puppy when it's ready (usually eight to twelve weeks). If this is the case please remember to add this boarding fee to your puppies total. Please do not look for a puppy if you are not able to care for it.
